The Novus cordless tacker J-550 is a powerful, professional tacker for the perfect attachment of a wide variety of fabrics, materials and decorative strips. All 18V Li-ion batteries of the CAS system (Cordless Alliance System) are compatible with the J-550. This tacker processes fine wire staples up to 14 mm and nails up to 16 mm, as well as hammer tacker staples of type H.
This battery tacker from Novus enables particularly fast work thanks to the series shot functionality. In practice, this means 3 shots per second. In combination with the distance adjustment up to 2 mm with knurled screw for the distance between the staple back and the workpiece, staples are always optimally secured. Regardless of how hard or soft the surface is. In addition, the J-550 is equipped with free-shooting protection. This means that the tacker only activates when it is placed on the material.
The "long nose" enables precise work in hard-to-reach places. The ergonomic design of the device always finds the ideal centre of gravity, even when working overhead. With the help of the distance stop, a row of staples can be stapled parallel at a height. The bottom loading mechanism including integrated staple slide ensures fast reloading of the staples. The number of available staples can also be read off the staple level indicator. For the most precise results, the design line on the front of the tacker indicates the exact staple exit.
Novus Accu tacker J-550 can be attached to work clothes with a sturdy belt hook. This means the hand tacker is never far away!
