This HBM Boot Clamp Band Pliers With Ratchet and Cutting Mechanism is especially for attaching steel band clamp bands to axle boots.
Pull the clamp band through the front guide slot and slide it through the slot in the center turning handle. With the middle turning handle clamp the tension strap over the drive cover. Then cut it with the rotating blade on the front.

The pliers have a large and comfortable handle.
