The GYS Stainless Steel Welding Wire 316LSi O0.8 mm is a welding wire for MIG welding of austenitic stainless steel of type 316, 316L, 304 and 304L. Thanks to its low carbon content, this wire is suitable for applications where a neat and reliable weld joint is desired. The presence of molybdenum increases resistance to corrosion in the presence of chlorine, such as in salt solutions. The high silicon content improves the fluidity and wetting ability of the molten metal.
